Thanks Rutgers!

It was a quick trip, in and out of Jersey with a quickness but some valuable time on the ground with the students at Rutgers Newark. I was asked to facilitate a hybrid Intake Equation and Recruitment Bootcamp with Laurel Price from CAMPUSPEAK. It was my first time at that campus and the response we got from the students was great!

We started with a general session the was co-facilitated by Laurel and I on recruitment, branding, marketing and other Bootcamp goodies… Then we split the groups and I worked more specifically with groups on growth and development in intake numbers for this upcoming year.

Thank you to the students for the hard work during the day, and I am expecting to see some great new things coming from that campus soon!
