Consulting
There is a big difference between being a speaker, and being a consultant. We can do true consulting services package, not just an extended speaker package like other people might offer.
A consultant brings relevant experience to the table, mixes it with research, interviews, data analyzing and will make recommendations to a client. Consulting is a lot of work, it takes time, and should be something that you plan out well on what you are expecting from a consultant.
I have served as a consultant to several national member associations and campus departments. This is often times helping an organization craft a new strategic plan, create initiatives, solve critical organizational issues and even help restructure an organization.
We can combine consulting services and a speaking package. It saves on travel costs and can help deepen the consulting research by presenting and working that closely with students/clients. We have done successful consulting in areas of Latino Recruitment/Retention, Athletic Department Hazing Prevention, development of Multicultural Greek Organizations/Councils and Fraternity and Sorority Recruitment.
A typical consultant package will include several trips to campus, phone/chat interviews, campus surveys, and reviews of provided data. Each consulting client receives a detailed consultant report with recommendations. These recommendations include policy changes, training proposal, provide proper benchmarks and strategic planning assistance.
Past clients include Marian University (WI), Retail Jewelers Organization, Alpha Psi Lambda, University of Oregon, Northeastern Illinois University, Emergency Medical Billers, EMA Sparrow, etc.
