Marian Recruitment Prep

I was back in Fond du Lac, WI this fall to help Marian University sororities prepare for fall recruitment. In the spring I did consulting with the institution and presented plans for future growth. They have been following my recommendations and brought me back to help with fall recruitment.

I planned a recruitment training session to talk about strategies for engaging more women on campus with the purpose and ideals of Greek Life. I had a fun afternoon with the students as we discussed tabling techniques, how to have conversations with potential new members and ideas for creating more digital buzz on social media. They remind me a lot of my students when I worked at Indiana University South Bend so it was fun working with them.

Early reports on sign ups for fall recruitment had numbers up over 100%! So hopefully the chapters take the fall numbers they are looking for to grow their community. I hope to be involved in helping the campus identify some fraternities to bring to campus if they plan to continue growth.
